Today’s Adventure:Reading the Book and supporting Vegetarian Cookbook “How Not To Die”
Jam Fact: I am going to live to 100.
The “How Not to Die” book is an interesting read. The facts regarding heart disease are certainly pertinent to me. I agree with the book’s philosophy and am taking up its eating recommendations.
Not sure of the cookbook though – boy going full on vegetarian looks pretty daunting. I do however feel okay with a Pescatarian change. Tonight’s menu is fish, a new vegetarian salad [yes I know a salad is already vegetarian but it is new recipe for this little UNYOUNG] and healthy sweet potato chips [that’s also a newie for me!]
